Carriers, delivery windows and shipping costs will be published here once we have selected manufacturing and fulfilment partners. We are not quoting delivery times until they are contractually agreed.
Returns — to be confirmed
The returns window, who covers return postage and how refunds are issued will be set out in full at launch. Nothing on this site should be read as a returns guarantee yet.
Warranty — to be confirmed
Warranty length depends on the final hardware and supplier, so we have deliberately left it unstated rather than publishing a number we cannot stand behind.
